Holy Crap Poop Scoop Terms & Conditions

By using our dog waste removal services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement 

Holy Crap Poop Scoop provides scheduled dog waste removal services for residential and commercial properties. By signing up for our service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. Missed/Skipped Service & Service Interruptions We take pride in providing a consistent service, but some conditions may prevent us from completing a scheduled clean-up. The following are reasons we may skip a service:

• Locked or Inaccessible Gates: If we cannot access your yard due to a locked or blocked gate, we will skip the service for that visit.
• Dogs in Yard: For the safety of our team and your pets, we will not enter a yard with loose dogs unless prior arrangements are made.
• Dangerous Weather Conditions: Extreme weather (lightning, hail, heavy snowfall, ice storms, or extreme temperatures) may result in service delays or cancellations.
• Yard Conditions: If the yard has excessive tall grass, thick leaves, or is covered in snow, we may not be able to locate or remove all waste effectively. We will do our best to clean what is visible.
• Holiday Closures: Holy Crap Poop Scoop observes certain holidays, during which services may be paused. Clients will be notified in advance of Holiday schedules if Holiday lands on scheduled service day.
• Severe Flooding: If conditions are too wet or muddy, service may be postponed to avoid damaging your property.

3. Rescheduling & Refunds

We do not issue refunds for missed services due to the above conditions. However, if a service is skipped due to a reason within our control, we may offer a refund or reschedule service.

4. Customer Responsibilities 

To ensure smooth service, customers agree to:

• Provide safe access to the yard on scheduled service days. 
• Notify us in advance if gates will be locked or pets will be outside.
• Maintain reasonable yard conditions to allow effective waste removal.
• Keep contact information updated for scheduling and communication.

5. Billing & Payments

Holy Crap Poop Scoop offers subscription-based and one-time services. Payments are due before services rendered. Late payments may result in service suspension.

6. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their service at anytime. No refunds will be given for services already rendered. Holy Crap Poop Scoop reserves the right to terminate services at any time.

7. Liability 

Holy Crap Poop Scoop is not responsible for damage to lawns, landscaping, or personal property caused by normal service activities. We are also not liable for any health or sanitation issues arising from skipped services due to uncontrollable conditions.
